The common kitchen was a surprise, but honestly, I didn't need to share with other guests. I expected a complimentary upgrade perhaps, considering the price-only to find snug beds and terrible TV selection. I was almost going to give them a good review, but alas, the experience kept letting me down.

The staff was best, amazingly efficient with every request. The location in a local area was absolutely perfect and there were a supermarket and shops nearby. By the way, a cove and a harbour were right by the place.
Not very clean room; there was no fitness center, I was a little disappointed.

It was close to the village we had to leave to the next day for a Grizzy Bear Tour.
Location and price. But next time I would rather spend a little bit more on accom.

Nightly rates are quite steep!!! The common kitchen should be advertised more clearly. Updating the outdoor signage could enhance the overall first impression!!!

Breakfast included.
Room extremely small; no electrical outlet in bathroom; small toilet crammed into corner;toilet extremely "low"; no maid service over weekend - not even an offer to empty waste basket, etc. ; payment for full 3 days upon arrival - rather than keeping credit card and finalizing upon leaving.

The stay was great while exploring the local attractions. The rooms were recently renovated, with fresh paint and new furnishings. I enjoyed the convenience of the shared kitchen, even though I didn't use it much. The cleanliness of the room stood out, and having the marina just a short walk away was a bonus.

We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The continental breakfast was very good.
Our room was very clean except for the tub which had hair and soap scum in it. We had to clean it before we used it.

Convenient
A shabby rundown tip of a hotel with Asian management who could not comunicate.. Room not ready on check in and not serviced during my 3 day stay. Room basic but usable but hotel vey shabby.

The room was clean and recently renovated. It was great to easily explore whale-watching spots nearby. The friendly staff helped with everything we needed and even returned a lost item.
My wife says that the front desk being unstaffed during the day made it hard to get help quickly.
